This is an in-depth study of psychological work with the help of spirituality.
It is a combination of disciplines that wants to give you the best of both worlds!


 

How we will work together:

1. Psychological and spiritual knowledge is something I encourage. When you read through the following pages and learn this model we will have the same language throughout the program. This is the homework for the first week.

2. Channeling, Light Language and Toning Song 
I use channeling, light language and toning song during the sessions. This way of working is of course based on our belief that we can communicate with other dimensions and that the guides are happy to be here to help us.

2. Chakra reading. You will have a channeled message in the form of an image for each chakra - for example, at the Solar Plexus, an image of a sunflower is often shown. This says something about your will power, energy and self-confidence. This information comes from your soul for your highest good at the right time in your life.

3. We focus on identifying and resolving imbalances and other blockages. During the chakra reading, you will know if a chakra is unbalanced or blocked. In order for us to feel good, it is important that energy can flow freely through our chakras and that the chakras spin at the same rate. We can have an imbalance or blockage in a chakra, for example if we have suppressed an emotion or a difficult event.

4. Healing techniques  that are used when there are imbalances or blockages and will be used only when it is appropriate and feels right. 

Meditations . Sitting still in silence can cause a lot of anxiety because thoughts and feelings that we did not want to listen to and have not been able to handle come to the surface. Being able to relax and meditate is then of great help.

Remember childhood experiences. You can access memories so that difficult childhood experiences or traumas can be discovered and become aware. With the help of my guides, you can access your memories from early childhood. 

Contact with the inner child.  Through these memories, you can gain emotional contact with your inner child and thus also have the opportunity to feel compassion for yourself, something you may have longed for and needed for a long time. Feelings are allowed, confirmed and allowed to be expressed. Gaining an understanding of how you felt as a child means that you can have your needs satisfied once and for all. 

Change beliefs . Beliefs (negative self-talk and inner chatter) that have followed you for a long time can be revealed and can thus be changed. This is done using methods that best suit you based on what your soul and my guides recommend. 

Mediumship.  If it feels right, you can talk to a person who has passed on to the other side, such as a parent or another important person. 

5. Exercises  between sessions are an important part of the program. These exercises will help you integrate and take your new insights/truths into action in your daily life. A question will be asked to the guides and the answer may be: something to become aware of or something to do . You will feel and know if the exercise is right for you. 

6. Follow-ups. We will always have follow-ups during the program. What has emerged since we last had contact? Has anything changed or is there something that wants to be healed or expanded and what is the next exercise? This way you can follow the process in a very concrete way. Is there progress or not and what can you do about it?

7. Support.  Between sessions you have the possibility to have mail contact.
